Hello there Radical Type Peeps,
So today I will be rolling out training to my final group of Sodexo Recruiters. Over the last six months we have taken the Sodexo Recruitment team (70 recruiters) on a journey through the world of Boolean and Linkedin and really shown them the ways that Linkedin can be used not only from a deep sourcing perspective but also from a Community Leadership and Management perspective. It’s been a fun ride and I’ve gotten to work with some extremely bright and committed recruiters….and probably gave birth to a few sourcers on the way :)

Over the past few months we have trained the likes of Alexander Mann, Maxwell Management Group and will be working with Knightsbridge in the near future to help train their recruiters on the new world of Social Recruitment and Sourcing.
Many of you have been asking us if we will consider doing an open class on Social Sourcing and so we are planning our first open class in Mid-January of 2012 here in Toronto.
We will also be doing a Mini-class in mid December for 4-5 advanced Social Recruiters just prior to our annual Christmas Meetup at Radical Central. Both these open courses will be priced in line with our typical group training prices. Look for details on the sidebar of the blog.
Our first event of 2012 is already located on the Sidebar, it’s our first #SocRecruitCamp that will take place on March 15th in Vancouver at the HQ of Talent Technology. It will only be open to 20 recruiters and will be a deep dive and tool training on all things Social Media and Recruitment. You can purchase your tickets and reserve your space now.
I’m also collaborating on developing an Ebook that’s more like a beginner’s guide to Social Recruitment with the fine folks over at Bullhorn Reach. Hopefully you will be able to download the Ebook over the next few weeks, but I’ll keep you informed about when it will be released to the general public.
People have also been asking about our Digital Employment Branding offerings so we’re going to be working on putting together a pricing guide/list of offerings that will be available in our marketing literature….for now we are likely going to be focused on the following offerings:
